Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Non-refundable. Any amendment or cancellation is subject to acceptance by the management with charges.
  • If the guest failed to show up on the arrival date (No Show) there will be no refund and amendment of the date is not allowed.
  • Any refunds processed shall be credited to the original payment method used by the customers for easier tracking of money movement.
