Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation is refundable with an administrative fee of RM20 will incur and date the amendment is allowed if it is made at least 7 days before the arrival.
  • Any amendment or cancellation with the refund within 7 days on arrival date is subject to acceptance by the management.
  • Booking date changes that can be done once in exceptional circumstances and require strong evidence to support the request. All request can only be determined based on room availability with an administrative fee if the original booking is within 7 days on arrival date.
  • If the guest failed to show up on the arrival date (No Show) there will be no refund and amendment of the date is not allowed.
  • Any refunds processed shall be credited to the original payment method used by the customers for easier tracking of money movement.
